All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

loquiAi sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of self-storage facilities. These messages include:

• Reservation confirmations
• Payment links and receipts
• Gate access codes
• Directions to the facility
• Responses to requests made during a call with the AI assistant

Opt-in: Tenants provide verbal consent during a call with the loquiAi AI assistant. By consenting, you agree to receive the transactional SMS messages described above.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the facility.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

We use collected information to:

• Deliver and improve the AI assistant and related Services.

• Support facility operators in managing tenant relationships.

• Facility operators — the self-storage facility you interact with receives interaction logs and account data to manage your account.
• Service subcontractors — third-party providers that help us deliver the Services (e.g., telephony infrastructure, cloud hosting). These parties are contractually limited to using data solely to support the Services.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We retain interaction data for as long as necessary to deliver the Services and meet legal obligations. Facility operators may have their own retention policies that apply to data stored in their accounts.
