If you received a text message from loquiAi (or from a storage facility using loquiAi), you can get help or manage your subscription directly by text:
HELP
Reply HELP to any message to receive support information, including this page's URL.
STOP
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END) to opt out and stop all messages.
If you opted out and later want to re-enroll, you can call the facility and provide verbal consent again during your conversation with the AI assistant.
About loquiAi Messages
loquiAi sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of self-storage facilities. You only receive messages after giving verbal consent during a call with the AI assistant. Message types include reservation confirmations, payment links, gate codes, directions, and responses to your requests.
