Program Description
loquiAi ("we," "us," or "our") sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of self-storage facilities that use the loquiAi platform. These messages include:
- Reservation confirmations
- Payment links and receipts
- Gate access codes
- Directions to the facility
- Responses to requests made during a call with the loquiAi AI assistant
Messages are sent by or on behalf of the self-storage facility you are a tenant or prospective tenant of.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing verbal consent during a phone call with the loquiAi AI assistant. The assistant will confirm your consent before enrolling your number in the messaging program.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation and you will receive no further messages.

Message Frequency
